For the toddler, serve plain salmon pieces and asparagus tips with a side of lemon wedges and a dollop of yogurt if desired.

Recipe

1

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.

2

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cut lemon in half; squeeze juice of one half into the bowl and slice the other half into rounds. Place salmon fillet and asparagus in the bowl; toss to coat.

child_care Before adding seasoning, set aside a few asparagus spears and a small piece of salmon for the toddler.
3

Place lemon slices in the air fryer basket, then arrange salmon and asparagus on top in a single layer. Cook at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily and reaches 63°C internal temperature.

child_care Arrange toddler's unseasoned salmon and asparagus on a separate piece of foil in the basket to avoid cross-flavor.
4

Remove basket and let rest for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

child_care Cut toddler's salmon into small pieces and asparagus into bite-sized tips. Serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
