Recipe
Heat a grill pan or large skillet over high heat. Brush the pork belly slices lightly with sesame oil.
Grill the pork belly for 3 minutes per side until deeply golden and crisp at the edges.
While the pork cooks, separate the lettuce leaves and wash them, then pat dry.
Slice the garlic thinly and the green chili into rounds.
Cut the pork belly into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with the lettuce, ssamjang, garlic, and chili for building wraps.
