Serve the child a small plain piece of salmon with some bok choy, leaving off the spicy glaze.
Recipe
Whisk together the gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the glaze.
Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets and set aside for 10 minutes. Reserve a little glaze for brushing later.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for 4 minutes, brush with the reserved glaze, flip, and cook 3 more minutes until just opaque.
Remove the salmon and add the bok choy to the hot skillet with a splash of water. Cook for 3 minutes until wilted.
Serve the salmon with the bok choy, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
