Recipe
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces and set aside one plain portion for the child.
Toss the chicken with half the yogurt, turmeric, and half the garam masala. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Melt the ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 8 minutes until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute, then stir in the tomato paste, cumin, and remaining garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and remaining yogurt, then return the chicken to the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Heat the cauliflower rice in a separate pan for 3 minutes. Serve the chicken tikka masala over the cauliflower rice.
