Recipe
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
Cut pork shoulder into 2-inch chunks. Toss in a bowl with salsa verde, lime juice, salt, cumin, and garlic powder. Marinate 5 minutes.
Place pork chunks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Pork is done when internal temperature reaches 63°C and edges are browned.
While pork cooks, slice corn tortillas into strips. Dice avocado and red onion. Chop cilantro.
Shred pork with two forks. Serve on a plate topped with tortilla strips, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and extra salsa verde.
