For your toddler, serve the bell pepper half filled with plain ground beef and a spoonful of tomato sauce on the side.

Recipe

1

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.

2

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Dice the onion and tomato, mince the garlic.

child_care Set aside one bell pepper half for your toddler's plain version.
3

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onion, diced tomato, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and salt until combined.

child_care Before adding spices, set aside 2 tablespoons of plain ground beef for the toddler.
4

Stuff each bell pepper half with the beef mixture. Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 12 minutes, or until beef reaches 71°C internal temperature.

child_care Cook the toddler's plain beef in a small foil cup alongside the peppers for 8 minutes.
5

Top each pepper with shredded cheddar cheese and air fry at 200°C for 2 more minutes until melted.

child_care Skip cheese for the toddler's portion; serve plain beef separately.
