Serve the toddler plain air-fried chicken pieces and roasted tomato halves, with a side of yogurt if desired.

Recipe

1

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.

2

In a bowl, mix yogurt, chettinad spice mix, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and oil. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate for 5 minutes.

child_care Set aside 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt for the child's plate before adding spices.
3

Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 74°C and juices run clear.

child_care Cook one plain chicken thigh without spice rub for the toddler, alongside the spiced ones.
4

Toss cherry tomatoes with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon oil. Add to the air fryer basket around the chicken during the last 6 minutes of cooking. Shake basket once.

child_care Place a few plain cherry tomatoes on the toddler's plate without seasoning.
5

Serve chicken and roasted tomatoes together. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
