Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.

In a bowl, toss shrimp with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp salt. Cut bell pepper into strips and toss with remaining 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp salt.

Place shrimp and bell pepper strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 200°C for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Shrimp should be pink and opaque; internal temperature should reach 63°C.
